Fungi have various shapes. Some of them are unicellular while the others are multicellular having twisting, umbrella, and bar or board shapes. Fungi have no chlorophyll that they can not photosynthesize. They live as saprophyte (organism remnants like wastes and fell trees) or parasite (freeload with other organisms).

Saprophytic fungi are advantageous since they decompose organism remnants. Other advantageous fungi are Penicillium notation that can produce penicillin, Rhizopus oryzae that used for creating tempe and Volvariella volvacea (paddy straw mushroom) that is edible. Parasitic fungi harm since they mau cause diseases like Phytophthora infestan causing diseases ti potatoes.
